The eligibility assessment is preliminary only. Final coverage, premiums, and approval are determined by insurance carriers through their underwriting process.

No Guarantee of Coverage

We make no representations or warranties that:

• You will be approved for coverage
• Specific coverage amounts will be available
• Specific premium rates will apply
• Living benefits will be available or approved

Accuracy of Information

You represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Inaccurate information may affect your eligibility and coverage.

Russell Powers is a licensed insurance producer in the State of Missouri only (License #3003556164). Services are available only to Missouri residents.

Third-Party Carriers

Insurance policies are issued by third-party insurance carriers, not by Russell Powers or Missouri Mortgage Protection. All policy terms, conditions, and benefits are determined by the issuing carrier.

Limitation of Liability

Russell Powers and Missouri Mortgage Protection are not liable for:

• Denial of coverage by insurance carriers
• Changes in premium rates or coverage amounts
• Carrier underwriting decisions
• Delays in the application process
